Time schedule
The topics are allocated in three steps, which are referred to as phases below.
Overview of the registration and allocation phases.
- In the first phase, you can register to take part in the awarding process.
23.06.2025 08.00 to 04.07.2025 17.00
Presentation of the topics of the chairs.
30.06.2025 to 11.07.2025 - In the second phase you can select topics. After the second phase, the places in the individual topics will be allocated.
14.07.2025 08.00 to 16.07.2025 17.00 - In the third phase, you can view the topic you have received, reject it or choose a free topic if you could not be allocated a topic during the allocation process.
21.07.2025 08.00 to 25.07.2025 17.00
