The CoMeNT.UR program at the University of Regensburg (UR) under the direction of Professor Dr. Miriam Banas, UR's Deputy Representative for Women's Equality in Science and the Arts, starts here: it offers female scientists on the qualification path a broad spectrum of individual development measures including coaching, mentoring, networking and training.
At a ceremony in December, the eighth cohort of participants was presented with certificates and the next, ninth group was welcomed.
